Anise Hyssop (Agastache foeniculum)

This is a native perennial flowering plant that has spikes attractive spikes of purple  of small tubular flowers.  It grows in well drained or sandy  soils in either  light shade or in full sun


It is recognized by pollination  ecologists as having special value to native bees.(1)
